Privacy Policy
What we collect
To run your search we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, address, resume, cover letter, and job preferences — along with the account access needed to apply on your behalf (for example your email for delegation and forwarding, LinkedIn, and job-portal logins such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, and ZipRecruiter). We also collect basic technical data like IP address, browser, and usage patterns.
How we use it
We use your information to apply to roles for you, build and message from a LinkedIn profile where agreed, prepare and update your application materials, share your profile with recruiters and employers, and stay in touch with you by phone, email, text, or mail. By starting a plan you authorize us to act on your behalf across these channels.
How we protect it
Your information is used to deliver your service and is never sold. We share it only with the recruiters, employers, and platforms needed to run your search, or where the law requires. We apply reasonable safeguards to keep your data secure.
Your control
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing contact@platinumglobalco.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
Terms & Conditions
The service
Platinum Global provides a weekly subscription service that applies for jobs on your behalf, plus resume and cover-letter creation, career advising, interview preparation, and educational courses, under the plan you select.
Trial & commitment
Plans begin with a 7-day paid trial. If you don't cancel within the trial, your plan continues into an initial commitment period. During the commitment period, cancellation requires an early-cancellation fee. Discounted flat-rate plans may be non-refundable and non-cancellable — this is disclosed before you buy.
Interview guarantee
If you don't receive a qualifying interview during your commitment period, you're eligible for additional weeks of service at no charge. If you still receive no interview after the extended period, you're eligible for a refund, subject to submitting the required claim form. The guarantee is voided if you don't actively check and respond to recruiters within 24 hours, or if the plan is cancelled for cause.
Payments & cancellation
We accept major cards, PayPal, e-Transfer, and Stripe/Square, in CAD or USD, plus applicable taxes. To cancel, reach us by phone or through the website or app chat. Cancellation and early-cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement.
No employment guarantee
We help you land interviews; we do not guarantee job placement and are not responsible for any loss of earnings or other damages. Any verbal statements by staff or contractors do not change these terms — your written service agreement governs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, with disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta.
